Fresh Christmas Cranberry Mango Salsa

This simple recipe is an original by Mary Crafts, owner of Culinary Crafts, an outstanding caterer in Salt Lake City.  I first tasted the recipe while attending a reception that Mary’s company catered.  Take it to a Christmas party and see the response!


2 cups prepared salsa

1 fresh mango, peeled and chopped

1 pound can whole cranberry sauce

Combine salsa, mango, and cranberry sauce. Store covered in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
