Every afternoon I take my ten year old Springer/Lab, Kippa, to Alhambra Hall on Charleston Harbor. Kippa loves to retrieve her favorite tennis ball, and after a long day I enjoy the tranquility of the harbor. Rarely do we make the trip without my iPhone, and rarely do we not see a beautiful sunset. Unless otherwise noted, all photography that I post is shot with my iPhone. Though some sunsets and sunrises are more dramatic than others, there remains a certain serenity in each.

Fresh Christmas Cranberry Mango Salsa

CRANBERRY MANGO SALSA
2 cups prepared salsa
1 fresh mango, peeled and chopped
1 pound can whole cranberry sauce
Combine salsa, mango, and cranberry sauce. Store covered in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
