Jonathan Livingston Seagull?
Remember Jonathan Livingston Seagull? Richard Bach’s book, Jonathan Livingston Seagull – A Story, was first published in 1970. By 1972 over 1-million copies were in print and the book had spent thirty-eight weeks on the New York Times best seller list. I’m quite sure it was Jonathan I saw while photographing the “other side” of this morning’s sunrise. Then again, maybe it was one of his off-spring.
